Jeff Ridout
Jeff Ridout founded Eastbay in 2000 and has grown it from a one-man startup into an international managed service provider supporting more than 400 companies. With a passion for technology and a vision to make Eastbay Canada’s leading MSP, Jeff is driven by both innovation and customer success.
When he’s not leading the team, you’ll likely find him biking, skiing, golfing, or on the tennis court.

Andy Heighington
General Manager at Eastbay Technologies with 30+ years of experience leading Sales teams in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services. Andy has a proven track record delivering scalable cloud solutions, secure network architectures, and technology transformations that align IT strategy with business goals.
He has built lasting partnerships across industries including Finance, Aerospace, Healthcare, FinTech, Automotive, and Manufacturing, with a focus on client success and long-term value. A strong believer in innovation, team development, and customer-first service delivery.
Outside the office, Andy stays active through tennis, squash, padel, and cycling.
Operations Director
Dieter Epp
Dieter Epp has over 30 years of experience in the IT field with 17 of those years at Eastbay, working in large environments such as Provincial Government, Bell, CGI, and high-pressure 24/7 uptime E-Commerce and Bitcoin mining environments in large Data Centers. Dieter has experience with ISO 9001, 27002 and PCI certification.
His expertise spans cloud, security, strategic planning, project management, infrastructure management, vendor/partner management, compliance, and performance.
Outside of work, Dieter volunteers with Fairmount Park Ice Masters, helping build and maintain outdoor ice rinks for the community. He’s also an avid woodworking enthusiast, often found creating in his shop.
