Proven track record in delivering solutions surrounding scalable cloud infrastructure, secure network architectures, and driving end-to-end technology transformations. Passionate about aligning IT strategy with business goals to create measurable impact to organizations
Andy has long term relationships across many industries, including Finance, Aerospace, Healthcare, FinTech, Automotive and Manufacturing, with a focus on solution positioning, client success, and long-term partnerships. Strong believer in continuous innovation, team development, and customer-centric service delivery.
Outside the office, Andy stays active through tennis, squash, padel, and cycling.
Operations Director
Dieter Epp
Dieter Epp has over 30 years of experience in the IT field with 17 of those years at Eastbay, working in large environments such as Provincial Government, Bell, CGI, and high-pressure 24/7 uptime E-Commerce and Bitcoin mining environments in large Data Centers. Dieter has experience with ISO 9001, 27002 and PCI certification.
His expertise spans cloud, security, strategic planning, project management, infrastructure management, vendor/partner management, compliance, and performance.
Customer Service Director
Jordan Shefsky
Jordan Shefsky has been with Eastbay for over seven years, beginning as an Operational Assistant and progressing to his current role as Director of Customer Experience. With a diverse background in mining, firefighting, and in the not-for-profit sector, Jordan brings a wealth of experience in stakeholder communication and team leadership.
At Eastbay, Jordan leads the Operations Team, where he focuses on streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency across the organization. His strategic approach and hands-on leadership help drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
Outside of work, Jordan is passionate about sports, particularly hockey and football.
